When our son was diagnosed at 2 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in 2006, and after the initial shock wore off, we began, as most families do,  to do a lot of reading and investigating. Over that time we collected, and continue to collect,  a lot of information in the form of  scientific and research papers , internet links, and online books. I began to think that something better, and more helpful to the autism community at large, could be done with all that information.

It is that continually accumulating volume of information and its integration with our blog that is the impetus for the fourth generation of this site.  It is our continued hope that others may find the information, and our experiences, helpful in their search for information on autism.
